This policy explains how Zero Story Points GmbH processes personal data when you visit zerostorypoints.com or contact us. It does not cover our apps; where an app processes data, its own privacy policy applies.

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that the hosting servers need to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the referring page, and browser and operating system (user agent). Vercel keeps these data in server logs for a limited period for delivery and security. We do not combine them with other data or use them to identify you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie bar. Without your consent no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. What is stored, for how long, and how to withdraw consent is described in our Cookie Policy.
If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message to answer your enquiry. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Legal basis: steps prior to a contract you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry and as statutory retention obligations require.
We use Vercel (hosting) and Google (email and, with your consent, analytics) as processors. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
Both providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, email contact@zerostorypoints.com. We answer within 30 days and free of charge.
You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU/EEA, with the data protection authority in your country.
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. It has no user accounts and stores no personal data in a database of its own.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
